Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup cold water
- 1/4 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 3 Cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3/4 Teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, boil water, juice and sugar over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved
- Add cranberries and simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries just pop, about 10-12 minutes. Stir in orange zest.
- Cool, cover and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days
